Belong; Overcome; Understand; Nourish; Celebrate; Empower

This is a workshop designed to address the challenges our young women are facing. Many of our female clients have shared that they are challenged by similar stressors in life and this affects their academics and happiness at school. The common themes shared are: constant anxiety/worry; body image; caring too much about what others think; social media & comparisons (how many 'likes' did YOU get today?!?), relationships and more ... We know from the latest brain research that these emotional stressors negatively impact learning, engagement in school and overall academic success!

6 Topics Included:

  1. Anxiety
  2. Letting Go of what Others' Think
  3. Body Image
  4. Empathy & Self-Compassion
  5. Beliefs about Intelligence, Learning and Career
  6. BOUNCE: Resilience & Grit
